CDC Guidelines for Evictions
We have City of Austin Orders not to issue any notices to vacate for non-payment of rent HERE until April 1st, 2021
We also have the CDC Eviction Moratorium extension HERE, for tenants who send a CDC Declaration Form to their landlords, which bars eviction until March 31st, 2021.
From rats and rodents to broken appliances and false advertising, there are many reasons someone may want to sue their landlord. In addition, there are many landlords out there evicting and suing tenants without following the rules. As Austin's most dedicated tenant and eviction defense lawyer, Jennifer MacGeorge and the MacGeorge Law Firm are ready to jump into action and resolve your grievances.
